Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy explains what personal information VitaBridge Consulting collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have — including how we use cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

Last updated: 6 June 2026

Who We Are

VitaBridge Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") coordinates structured surrogacy programs for intended parents. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information processed through this website, www.vitabridgeconsulting.net.

Because our work involves sensitive family and medical circumstances, we treat your privacy with particular care and only process the information necessary to assist you.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Information you provide — such as your name, email address, and any details you share through our consultation, eligibility, or contact forms, or when creating an account.
  • Account information — credentials managed securely through our authentication provider (Google Firebase).
  • Usage and device information — such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (only as described below).

Please share sensitive personal or medical details only when necessary and through the secure channels we provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide our consulting services;
  • Manage your account and communications;
  • Understand how our website is used and improve it;
  • Measure the performance of our advertising, where you have consented;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies, grouped as follows:

  • Essential — required for the website and your account to function (for example, remembering your theme preference and your cookie choice). These are always active and do not require consent.
  • Analytics & advertising (consent-based) — these load only after you accept via our cookie banner.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to understand actions visitors take on our site. When active, it may share information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view, and identifiers associated with your Meta account with Meta.

The Meta Pixel does not load when you first arrive. It is activated only if you select "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, the Pixel is not loaded and no data is sent to Meta.

For more information on how Meta processes data, see Meta's Privacy Policy.

Other tools

With your consent, we also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how our site is used. Like the Meta Pixel, these load only after you select "Accept" and are not loaded if you decline. We separately use Google Firebase to provide secure account functionality (an essential service for logged-in users).

Managing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page, or by clearing your browser's site data. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us operate our website and business, including Meta (where you have consented to the Pixel), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Firebase), and professional advisors, in each case subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.

International Transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of your data;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
